VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR 2025!
We welcome volunteers to facilitate hands on scanning sessions as ultrasound scanning models. This is a great opportunity for medical students to learn point-of-care ultrasound and engage with the local ultrasound community and emergency medicine programs. Volunteers will not be charged to attend conference and will be granted a $50 per day honorarium which will also include complimentary parking. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Please remember to wear athletic attire (shorts and t-shirts) to help facilitate scanning.
Volunteers will be required to read and sign a liability of release form upon attendance of the conference.
